At Masada Ranch, we raise spoiled, pastured cows without chemicals, antibiotics, or GMO feed. The result is premium organic beef direct from the farm to your table.
The Cows
We crossbreed two of the highest quality beef cows there are, Scottish Highland and Australian Lowline Angus, also known as American Aberdeen in the United States. The result is a premium organic beef that can’t be found in any store. We butcher both steers and cows.

Only 4% of cows are pasture-raised in the United States. And most of the “pasture-raised” beef available in the store comes from Brazil, Uruguay, or New Zealand.
We only sell ground beef raised on our ranch in Idaho. You are getting one cow, not dozens mixed together. All store-bought ground beef contains meat from multiple cows.
Our butcher is USDA certified, and we turn the entire cow into high-quality ground beef. We don’t separate out the filet or ribeye. You are getting all the best cuts included in your ground beef.
